Also, how would this affect game balance? I'm not sure.
Someone else mentioned an HR Executive. Maybe that is another approach?
Anyway, I like the direction on this one.
Also, as the wealthier companies would be better positioned to take advantage of this, I would love the opportunity to poach a young top-notch exec from them.

That's the flip side, as you spend to train faster, the execs become younger and poaching them would be beneficial.
