Problem: Searched for an Executive. Made an Offer. Offer was eventually Accepted, and he Immediately Retires!! Executive was in his mid-50s and was very expensive, so Agency fee was expensive also. Suggestion: Once an Executive is acquired, they ought to be with your company for 5 real life days. IDK how many game days that would be.

1 year = 2 days for Executives
And poaching is a gamble.

I understand it is a gamble.
But, THAT much of a gamble?!
Come on - it was immediately after arrival - that is unsatisfactory game play.
In the real world, we'd never see anything like that, unless one was such a lousy negotiator and left it open ended for when an Exec could retire.
I know there are many things that are being suggested that are to be prioritized on the developers' / Patrik's list, but please don't be so dismissive about game play aspects like this that are well out of whack with real life, and reasonable expectations.
