Pretty self explanatory, I think it would also be pretty easy to implement. Reasoning: already did this in the Mandarin translations, so why not everywhere? The game is supposed to cater to everyone over 15, after all. Vote yes if you agree! Idea credit: Mighty Moo Inc.

Doesn't really matter if it said sir, ma'am or boss. But yeah not difficult to implement

There are many reasons to make this a gender neutral term.
1. Not all players are male. The game doesn't ask gender (I'm assuming because of privacy/GDPR need to know reasons) therefor the PA doesn't know. Why turn off a significant number of users by addressing them improperly?
2. Patrik may have already, or likely will lose business because of this. I referred the game to a teacher friend of mine. She rejected it outright because of the "Sir". Many schools in the U.S. are trying to move away from gender/racial/religious stereotypes. This was a huge fail and would never get approval.
3. This one is personal - I had to fight hard back in the day to take advanced math and science classes. Girls were not "supposed" to take them. Same thing with business. While this is a game, it is also and educational tool and everyone deserves the right to an equal education - and more importantly - to see themselves in that field.

I agree - let's close this discussion before there be more name calling. Thanks for presenting this point mightymoo
