The Sim Companies Times has provided us with a lot of insight into different markets, how contracts compare to selling retail, and many have contributed their advice in player-written articles. It is that last category that really makes it special.
We'd like you to write for the Times!
Rules for submitting draft articles for the Sim Companies Times:
1. Post the article to a shareable site such as google documents.
2. Use this form to submit your article.
3. The editors will notify you if your work is accepted, needs further editing, or is rejected.
Guidelines:
1. Length should be a standard essay length - Introduction, 3 paragraph body, and summary. This is not a strict requirement, but overly long articles will be rejected.
2. The article should be related to the game in some way - both general advice and specific personal insights are welcome.
3. The article should not be written with the intent of discrediting another or as an advertisement for your company.
4. Acceptance will be judged by moderators based on criteria including but not limited to:
Creativity, Conciseness, Conveyance of Game or Basic Economic Principles, Relevance, and Wit.
5. Submissions can be made at any time.
6. You will be notified the week your submission will be published in the Times.
Please note: that submissions take time to review and be published in the Sim Times. Do not expect to submit and be published in the same week. The queue at times can be as long as 8 weeks to be published.

When linking a Google Document when submitting, use the Share button at the top.
Then make sure to edit the link from Viewer to either: Commenter or Editor
This allows use to make suggestions on your article.
