In some of the executive descriptions you can find in the HQ (the ones that briefly explain what they do) the description mentions "he" no matter what the executive's gender. For example, in regards to the CTO description - "A chief technical officer is you research & development brain. *He* can increase the number of patents.." etc. This happens in the CTO and CFO descriptions. I would suggest changing this to a more neutral term such as "they"
