You should be able to see what level a players buildings are on the public profile page and also see if any of their buildings are in construction. Also you should be able to see if a player is currently active so you know whether or not to send them a contract.

Why would you need to see other players' building levels? Also, we have "last seen" field on the profile to show when they were last active.

I believe the levels of the buildings and names are hidden because it keeps your customers from knowing your true production levels.

I don't think anyone wants to give away "trade secrets"

Lightspeed Inc, when sending a contract it can be helpful to know if the player receiving it is active at the time to see if they will be able to accept it right away. All you can see is the day, which doesn't really help in this scenario. Also, I would like to see other players building levels to see how much they are producing, and how large their company is. There is a HUGE difference between a company with five level one power plants opposed to a company with five level ten power plants. Basically, it would be nice to know what scale of production you are dealing with when going into production.

You can figure out their over all levels by looking at their workers and dividing them by 100. This will at least get you in the ballpark of what kind of producer you are looking at. Just by looking at your profile I can figure out you have 32 total building levels. (3,200/100=32) Then I can look at your buildings and get an idea of how much power you supply daily. I don't know the exact figures. But, I can at least guesstimate.
