We all have shares on our profile We can have a market where we can sell 45% of them if we want some cash Like for my expantions i need 5M And my share cost 50€ unit So I'll sell 10% of my company So I post an annonce on the market Then peoples who want to buy it will get the access on my comptability. Now this share are sold out The owner of my share won't get money the 3 first days A share means 1/1000000 of my benefits This benefits are the average of my benefits of the last week And every day the will be count like a expense of the Company for avoiding missing payment but infact they are not an expense So a share could be like a better form af the obligation but you have not the control to buy them back And the owner could sell it to another company It will count like a company assets And the price can go up like down following the system that we have now The cash coming from share sold will like a new cash for the company To avoid little player mistakes For selling share you must have 50% of obligation maximum and be lvl 20 It will be a way to connect players because you won't let your share goes down and little players will get money for their grow And the map of company that you own 10% at least will appear next to your map

Partly agree, since share market will affect CV and hence the company rank, which may distort the game purpose/dynamics that is trading goods, sign contracts, make deals, conduct R&D, etc,... IMO, a market share, if implemented, should work the same way than in real life, no more, no less. Demand for a company shares exceed the offer, then the price goes up, and viceversa. A nice feature would be the dividend payout (the amount of net profit you pay to shareholders, normally expressed "per share"), which gives players the opportunity to make stock market decisions in order to make their companies more attractive to investors. Since benefits are calculated on a daily basis, dividend payout could be set up daily or maybe weekly or something like that. E.G. My business is software. Lets say software business is bully, so my company is making more and more profits every day. That make my company more valuable from an accountability point of view, so investors would buy my shares. The free float (the amount of outstanding shares in the market available for investors) is up to the Board of Directors (in this case, the player) so if any player wants to sell the 95% of their company to the stock market, then that's totally fine. Good news is, the company can conduct shares buybacks so the free float is reduced to the desirable point (probably below 50% in real life, in Sim Companies it does not matter since players are not losing company control,... or maybe yes? I hope I've made my point clearly
