I do advise that to make fair game for old and new player. Any new server is recently game making. But i do not advise you to make new server, a smart game maker.
I.
I advise that set up new status for city, town and village with difference.
1. City, sales increase 3%, all kind manufacturing -3%.
2. Town, all kind manufacturing +3%
3. Village, farms, water and power manufacturing+6%, other manufacturing+0% sales -3%.
4. Set up movement fees between village, town, city. It is very important to make sure that they would not change place to get promote increasment.
5. Set up many cities/towns/villages.
Once one city has so many same kind buildings, that sells or manufacturing -3% etc.
II.
Set up population of city, village and towns.
1. Set up population pools with age and gender.
For age 3-10,11-20,21-30,31-40,41-50,51-60,61-70.
Maybe counting available, can make couples...
2. Set up gender and age with different habit in work and consumption.
Like,
For industry garment, female worker can make manufacturing +3%.
For sales, males would prefer electronic product. Females love garment.
III.
For movement, can sell their building to others.
For fair games, upgrade become easy, but building would go down for manufacturing and sales. Like every week -1% like mineral. If they want 100% back, decoration can help.
For sales better, advertising can help.
IV.
for NFT, please set up new image for all product of course please set up spares. Right now become good classic and history. No more issue.
Set up soecial rules to issue new NFT. Every 1000 new players enter and achieve 15 grade. Every new reserch would have a chance to get NFT. Then, fairly. Old players would not get NFT easy. New player also have a chance to get it. But dont issue and announce new NFT is opening.
Or set up grade by grade, like once 1000 players achieve 30, then, issue over 5 stars...
V.
Set up employment and unemployment.
Set boom/normal/recession between city/town/village and whole sim world.
1. Once any player boom their buildings, worker become unemployment temporary, workers would not leave immediately. It becomes unemployment.
2. Once one village unemployment rate achieve 5%, recession of this village, sales -3%. Manufacturing would not increase, but worker wages -3%
3. Once whole world unemployment rate achieve 5%, extra recession effect to this village.
4. Once workers increase of city, every 1/2 days over 3%, boom. Sales increase 3%, wages increase 3%.
5. Every boom/recession would not increase and decrease products volume per hour. Buildings years would do it.
Of course, you are a game maker. You can make it detail.
