Hello Developer and fellow Player,
With the start of R2, a little "UI-" or rather "navigation-problem" caught my attention, that can be fixed very easily,.
Plz also refere to the screenshot attached for a visual explanation of the problem and my recommendation.
Now, here is the "Problem", or let's call it "Use Case" :
Let's say I want to procude Orange Juice (or whatever) for the next 6hrs and have to geather all ressources on the market first (ressources not in stock), in order to start my production.
How does the navigation-path currently work?:
1. Interaction: Check ressource demand for desired volume
2. Interaction: Navigate back to Map-Screen (alternatively to the Warehouse)
3. Interaction: Tab on Marketplace
4. Interaction: Tab on product-button (e. g. Oranges)
5. Interaction: Scroll Down to Bid-Section
6. Interaction: Type in volume
7. Interaction: Tab on buy-button
-> Go back to Map -> open building layer -> and so on
Next, I have to repeat that exact same path for the next ressouce (e. g. Sugar) that I have to buy in order to produce my Orange Juice. Once I'm finished, I repeat the path all over again for my other production cycles.
Pretty complicated, right?
Here is my very simple solution to recude Interactions and make gameplay more efficient:
Plz. Link the product icons (input products), inside the building layer, dircetly to the Bid-Section on the Market (#Anchor) and provide the respective value in the Inputfield.
Let's take a look at the new interaction-path, considering my recommendation:
1. Interaction: Check ressource demand for desired volume
2. Interaction: Tab on product icon (e. g. Oranges)
3. Interaction: Tab on buy button
Hope, you will find this usefull.
Sry. for my bad english. I hope its understandable
If not, plz refere to my screenshots. Its actually very simple and intuitive.
