Players,
We greatly apologize for yesterday's technical issues. The maintenance update did not go as planned. The developers worked all day and are still working to get the game playable. We are aware the game is slow and laggy. The developers are working to fix these issues and the game may not be accessible during these times.
-Many players are reporting they cannot access their account. We ask that you have patience and understand that it is possible that you may have started a tutorial account instead of accessing your actual account. When the game is stable I suggest trying to "stop tutorial" and retry your email and password to access your account.
-If you are mobile player that never setup an email; you may have lost access to your account. You can contact Support via e-mail support@simcompanies.com
We will have to verify that you actually own the account. So please have information that only you would know about the account (recent contracts, sim boosts, bonds owned/sold -- do not provide information that anyone can see that is visible from just looking at a companies profile i.e. company value, building value, rating).
Support is working to answer the tickets as they come in. Please have patience. We will get to every ticket!
Hope this helps the players that are unable to access their accounts and hopefully we don't have this repeated anytime in the near future!
Sincerely,
The Center and the Dev team
