Doesn't look like there is much of any "Cull", by these numbers. Maybe the plan is to roll out the decreases in steps?

Thanks for your reply. If all the "Cull" really is about is the overall price drop, then agree. But, the regular use of the word "Cull" means something somewhat different: "to reduce or control the size of (something, such as a herd) by removal (as by hunting or slaughter) of especially weak or sick individuals" www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/cull I took the reference in the change log (and comments elsewhere) to mean that this was an attempt to reduce the unbalanced profitability of the AS industry and thus reduce the number of players concentrating on that. From the numbers / graphs provided: The number of players as a percentage of the total players has gone up slightly. And, the volume of sales seems to be close to the growth trend line. If the intention of the change was different, apologies for the misunderstanding.
