Issues: ⭐The multiple chat channels for the same purpose operated in different languages makes it difficult to manage and maintain the same. ⭐Players who knows single language apart from English, are stuck in their own language chatrooms and it is difficult for them to interact with others in game.
Pros of translation services: ⭐This will reduce the number of current channels to 5 and make it easier to manage with less resources. ⭐ Interaction between the players will be high and easier to moderate the chatrooms efficiently.

I fully agree with you, community is the core of this game, and language limit the interaction between player therefore narrow the business exchanges and moving further give a competitive and unfair advantage to somebody talking several languages and working with different partners compare to somebody not speaking english for exemple.
Just check the chat and csee how active tthe english chat is compare to regional languages !!
In addition and thinking to my daily experience, I would save some Time not posting several Times my demand on serveral chat in several languages. Saving Time and ressources!!
I'm clearly convinced that having a bot able to translate all the messages in a chosen language in the settings would be a serious benefit for the players and the game in général !!

I think this would be great if it could be implemented. However, at the moment, for many languages there are issues in translation. This can create misunderstandings or simply cause confusion between companies.

This can create misunderstandings or simply cause confusion between companies. It would cause tremendous confusion in my opinion, automatic translations are just not good in most cases, especially with complex or abstract languages, or when using irony, sarcasm, expressions or plays of words it simply won't work in many cases, I think using English as a common language works just fine. I believe that each player can use their own individual translators, eliminating the need for an integrated automatic translation system. This provides linguistic flexibility without added complexity.

In my experience where games has already the automatic translation, it was a total mess because you write in your own language and you don't know how the other players get the translated message, and most of conversations were a misunderstanding and "the translation make no sense can you repeat with different words?". Just try to use a translator with all slangs and typos used in our chats. Think also to help chats where players, ask something that they don't know with generic terms or you put a screenshot in your language to show something about game mechanics. For same players, is confortable to find a place where others understand your native language and for some communities is a sense of identity. Anyway, it could be tried to make an exeperimental "international chat" (without cutting the other language chats) where automatic translation happens.

English is the main language of the game… I really don’t see very much reason in tinkering with the chatrooms. There’s one central sales chat that people use… and that’s the englishchat. It really isn’t difficult to spell (buy/sell).
