Hi,
instead of sending contracts, can we have long-term contracts? What do I mean:
I offer a contract where I set (a) If I offer to sell or buy (b) a product (c) for how long (d) daily or weekly (e) at which price
For how long is important. For 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month or 3 month are possible.
The longer the contract, the better the conditions.
A 1 week contracts reduces the market fee from 3 to 1.5% and halves the amount of containers needed. A 1 month contract there is no fee and just 10% of containers needed. At a 3 month contract simco companies pays subsidies. instead of the market fee, the seller receives 1.5% of the amount on top and the buyer too.
So, longer contracts are more interesting, but also bind the players for longer on fix prices. If the economic phase changes in between or prices change, this could hurt very hard. So, companies need to think of what they do. short term or long term deals.
This would end the current situation where you negotiate with another player and a week later he is "i am out, i buy somehwere else". with a contract in place they can not change so fast. They need to plan better.
if someone has not the products for the contract in his storage in place or the money to pay the products he has a contract for to receive the one who hurts the contract has to pay the amount he has to pay (the buyer the money, the seller the value of his goods) + a penalty like 20%

A great suggestion. Players can get rid of the monotonous work of sending same contracts to same companies daily. It can also eliminate the need of sellers to coming online at a fixed time and sending the contracts. Hope this gets added soon
