I know that there is a proposal for future contracts but it will take a long time to develop them and are quite complex. The way it would work is that when sending a contract there would be an option to tick "daily contract" if you ticked that then every 24 hours after ticking it the same contract would be sent automatically. You would see your scheduled contracts in the contracts section at the very bottom, here you could simply cancel it. If you didn't have enough units when sending the contract or if they were locked, the contract would not be sent and a personal assistant would write you. The next day the contract would be sent again as normal. If you wanted to send the contract that day you would do it manually. The recipient would see the contract as a normal contract.

How is the mechanism supposed to deal with price changes all the time?

How is the mechanism supposed to deal with price changes all the time? it would either be a fixed price or it would be a percentage

Maybe I would refine it a bit more (Within the limits of what is possible, it is still good enough). 1. Fixed value regardless of the market price. 2. Depends on the market price of the delivery time. A. A certain percentage below the market price. B. Fixed value below the market price. 3. Depends on the average daily market price (the total cost of daily purchases in the market divided by the total number of goods sold during the day). A. A certain percentage below the market price. B. Fixed value below the market price.

In the current uncontrollable system, I think building trusted relationships is a critical skill that makes a huge difference between those who manage successful and trusted relationships and those who don't. If this distinction is lost, I think one of the important parts of the game is lost and it can become a bit monotonous and predictable.

I agree with you, but the idea is not necessary, perhaps it can be rethought,
I my opinion, as you said, building relationships is crucial in the business world and forcing someone to comply would take away this ability, in my opinion contracts should have clauses just like in real life, so you can close daily, weekly or monthly contracts, thus violating the contract.
the player must pay a fine in the amount agreed between the parties, and if the player wants to break he will pay the fine and if he does not have money he will pay the equivalent and will owe, and if the player is already in debt, his properties will be liquidated to pay!
